CRISIS ACTOR SIGNS TO ALTERNATIVE TENTACLES - CATCH THEM AT TENTACLEFEST SF

We are very excited to announce that not only is Los Angeles' own CRISIS ACTOR performing this Saturday, June 27th at TENTACLEFEST at The Great American Music Hall, they are also the newest members of the Alternative Tentacles Records family! 

Crisis Actor are three musicians who simply ask, is there such a state as too paranoid? On guitar is Tony Knox, host of the radio program "No More Heroes" on KXLU; on bass in Zach Crawford, whose been heard deejaying at various shows in the Los Angeles punk scene under the name Paul Cinnamon; and on drums is Jonathan Ihejeto, a hip-hop artist known as Jet 2! 

When not busy taking over the world individually, they've been infusing the dark, slashing, pre-hardcore sounds of L.A. punk like Dangerhouse and Slash with the first-person, working-class undercurrents of The Clash or Sham 69. Since releasing their debut LP False Flag in 2022, Crisis Actor have been relentlessly playing shows and caught the ear of the Jello Biafra who felt their brand of paranoia would fit right in at Alternative Tentacles Records! We will be releasing their sophomore album, Limited Hangout for wide release this year!
